OLA Nominations
OLA nominations for council and board positions that begin in 2010: A great opportunity to learn more about the broader issues and initiatives of the Ontario library community.
What’s involved? most councillors will have a portfolio of issues/activities they work on, will meet four times a year, and are part of communicating with the broader membership. Working on council is an excellent networking opportunity, a chance to profile issues that are important to you, and to learn new skills. All members are welcome to be nominated - councillors represent the spectrum ranging from those who are new to OLA, to those who have been active participants for years. Consider yourself, or think of someone you would like to nominate.

The deadline is November 15. Once received, there will be an election in December. New board/council members will be introduced at the Super Conference (Feb 24 - 27) at the various Annual General Meetings.
